Parents, guardians and adult students can ask us to see, correct, export or delete their personal data, including a child's information.
How to request
Email hello@flightaerospace.academy with the subject "Data request", from the email address you used with us. Tell us the parent and student names and whether you want a copy, a correction or deletion.
What happens next
We confirm your identity, then complete the request within 30 days. Deletion covers our website database, email lists and partner tools we use.
We may keep limited records the law requires (for example payment records or an accepted waiver) and will tell you if so.
If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. We respond to appeals within 45 days.
