Privacy Policy

Parent or guardian details you give us: name, email, phone, address and your message.

Student details needed to place and supervise a child: name, age or grade, school, relevant health or allergy notes you choose to share, emergency contacts and authorized pickup persons.

Enrollment and payment status. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.

With your consent only: analytics and advertising cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

To answer your questions, schedule trial classes, manage enrollment, keep students safe and send class updates.

To send occasional program news by email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use children's data for targeted advertising or profiling.

AI is used only for the smart search box on our Resources page: the question you type is sent to an AI service to suggest a page, and is not linked to your enrollment. No other part of the site, and no student or family record, is processed by AI.

Our website is intended for parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 online.

Student information is provided by a parent or legal guardian, who consents to its use for enrollment and supervision. Health information and children's data are treated as sensitive and are used only with that consent.

Photos or videos of students are used only as described in our Photo, Video & Portfolio Release.

Service providers that help us run the academy (website hosting and database, email delivery, scheduling, enrollment records and payments), bound to use data only on our behalf.

Our flight-training partner, only when a student or parent asks to continue with flight lessons.

Authorities, when required by law or to protect a student's safety.

Access to student records is limited to staff who need it, and stored in tools with restricted access. If a security breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by New Jersey law.

Enrollment records are kept while a student is active and for up to 3 years afterwards for safety and accounting records. Inquiries that do not lead to enrollment are deleted within 24 months.

You can ask to confirm whether we hold your data, get a copy in a portable format, correct it, delete it, and opt out of targeted advertising. We honor browser Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of advertising cookies.

Send requests through our Data Requests page or to hello@flightaerospace.academy. We reply within 30 days and may need to verify your identity. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we will respond within 45 days. You may also contact the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.

We will post any update here with a new date and email enrolled families about material changes.
