    Terms and Conditions

    Last updated October 8, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to flightaerospace.academy and to every class, trial, camp and lesson run by FAA TC LLC, dba FlightAerospaceAcademy ("we", "us"), a New Jersey limited liability company. By submitting a registration, you agree to these Terms and to the documents they refer to.

    1. Documents that form your agreement

Your agreement with us is made of these Terms, our Refund Policy, the Liability Waiver, the Photo, Video & Portfolio Release, the Code of Conduct and the Pickup & Safety Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

If these documents conflict, the more specific document applies to its topic (for example, the Refund Policy for refunds).

    2. Registration

Registrations for minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older. Adult students register for themselves.

You agree to give accurate information, including emergency contacts, medical notes and authorized pickup persons, and to update it if it changes.

A place is confirmed only once we confirm the schedule and receive payment. A class runs when minimum enrollment is reached; if it does not, we offer another option or a full refund.

    3. Prices and payment

Tuition is shown in U.S. dollars on our Programs page or confirmed in writing before payment, with no hidden fees. Materials and tools used in class are included unless stated otherwise.

You may pay upfront or by monthly payments when offered. Monthly plans are a payment schedule for the full semester tuition, not a month-to-month membership. Late or failed payments may pause a student's place after written notice.

The $25 trial class cost is credited toward tuition if you enroll.

    4. Refunds and cancellations

Before the semester starts, tuition is fully refundable. Once the semester has started, tuition is non-refundable. Full details, including trial classes and minimum-enrollment cancellations, are in our Refund Policy.

    5. Schedule changes

We may change an instructor, room or class time, or reschedule a session for weather, safety or instructor availability. We tell families as early as possible and offer a make-up session where a class is cancelled by us.

    6. Safety, conduct and supervision

Students use real tools under supervision and must follow instructor safety rules and the Code of Conduct. We may pause or end participation for unsafe or disruptive behavior, as described in that policy.

An accepted Liability Waiver is required before any hands-on work. Drop-off and pickup follow our Pickup & Safety Policy.

Our staff follow New Jersey law, including the duty to report any suspected child abuse or neglect to the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency.

    7. Certifications and flight training

Our courses prepare students for aviation and drone knowledge exams. We do not issue Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certificates; those are issued by the FAA after the required tests. Simulator time with us is for skill-building and is not loggable toward an FAA certificate.

Any flight in a real aircraft is provided by an independent, certified partner flight school under its own terms.

    8. Communications

By registering, you agree that we may contact you by email and phone about your enrollment. Marketing emails include our postal address and an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

We do not send promotional text messages. We may text a parent only about their own child, for example if a student has not arrived, about a pickup, or about a safety concern. Reply STOP to stop non-urgent texts.

    9. Website content

Text, photos, videos and logos on this site belong to Flight & Aerospace Academy or are used with permission. Do not reuse them without our written approval.

Reviews and testimonials on this site are real comments from parents and students. We do not pay for reviews or write them ourselves. If a review ever comes from someone with a connection to us (for example a staff member or a rewarded referral), we will say so next to it.

    10. Independence, names and trademarks

"FAA" in our legal name (FAA TC LLC) stands for Flight & Aerospace Academy. We are not the Federal Aviation Administration and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any government agency.

Princeton Flying School and other organizations we mention are friendly partners. We have no ownership, franchise or agency relationship with them, and each runs its own services under its own terms. Aircraft, simulator and other brand names belong to their owners and are used only to describe what we teach.

    11. Use of artificial intelligence

AI is used in one place only: the smart search box on our Resources page, which suggests which of our pages best answers your question. Do not type personal or health details there.

Everywhere else, AI is not used. Registrations, class placement, decisions about students, progress notes and messages to families are handled by people on our team.

    12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to a program is limited to the tuition paid for that program. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it.

    13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Before filing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Hudson County, New Jersey.

    14. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force on the date you register applies to that semester; we will tell enrolled families about any material change by email.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect to the extent permitted by law.
