STEM classes for kids near Elizabeth
For a child who watches planes descend toward Newark, the Flight track turns curiosity into skills: simulator flying, navigation, weather and radio calls.
Elizabeth sits right beside Newark Liberty Airport, so kids hear airliners all day and rarely get to learn how they fly.

Coming from Elizabeth
Elizabeth teens interested in aviation careers can prepare for the FAA Private Pilot knowledge test before spending on aircraft hours.
Classes run 90 minutes: a short briefing, hands-on time at the bench or the simulator, then a debrief where every student explains what they did and what broke. Groups stay small enough for a coach to sit next to your child.

Course detailsWhere an Elizabeth student starts
Ages 6 to 8 from Elizabeth start in the Discovery Lab. From 9, students choose the Flight, Aerospace or Robotics track and move through levels 100, 200 and 300, grouped by age and experience. Advanced courses include Part 107 exam prep (eligibility at 16+) and Private Pilot preparation with partner flight schools.
Coaches work in aviation and engineering, the equipment stays in the workshop, and every student leaves the term with something real: a build, a tracked skill record and a clear next step.
