Coming from Hackensack
Hackensack teens interested in flying can prepare for the FAA Private Pilot knowledge test with us before training in an aircraft with a partner flight school.
Classes run 90 minutes: a short briefing, hands-on time at the bench or the simulator, then a debrief where every student explains what they did and what broke. Groups stay small enough for a coach to sit next to your child.

Course detailsWhere a Hackensack student starts
Ages 6 to 8 from Hackensack start in the Discovery Lab. From 9, students choose the Flight, Aerospace or Robotics track and move through levels 100, 200 and 300, grouped by age and experience. Advanced courses include Part 107 exam prep (eligibility at 16+) and Private Pilot preparation with partner flight schools.
Coaches work in aviation and engineering, the equipment stays in the workshop, and every student leaves the term with something real: a build, a tracked skill record and a clear next step. If you are unsure which course fits, book the trial class and we will place your child in the right group on the day.
